Medication Nurse (LPN) (Opioid Addiction Treatment): Providing patient-centered addiction treatment by screening patients, administering methadone, and monitoring recovery progress with an accent on compassionate clinical care and accurate medication management. Focus on administering scheduled medications, documenting patient progress, managing inventory, and supporting recovery in an onsite treatment center.
Location: Clyde, North Carolina, USA. Onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a rotating Saturday shift.
Salary: $28.00 per hour plus a bonus structure.

What you will do
- Screen patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Administer methadone and other medications according to clinical procedures.
- Monitor patient progress and provide patient-centered care.
- Maintain medication inventory and clinical documentation.
- Support a collaborative treatment-center environment.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Ability to work onsite in Clyde, North Carolina.
- Availability for the Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule and rotating Saturday shifts.
