What you will do

• Lead urgent, high-priority cross-functional initiatives on behalf of GTM leadership.
• Pilot experimental Go-To-Market motions, innovative consumption-based pricing models, and unconventional channel strategies.
• Produce rigorous quantitative analyses and strategic recommendations to support high-stakes executive decisions.
• Identify and resolve major friction points across the revenue machine to optimize operational efficiency.
• Drive alignment between Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams through influence and high EQ.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB preferred), corporate strategy, or biz-ops at a hyper-growth tech startup.
• Exceptional analytical rigor and the ability to break down sprawling, ambiguous problems into solvable components.
• High EQ and political agility to lead cross-functional teams through influence without direct reports.
• Versatile skill set including strategic memo drafting and complex financial data modeling.
• Must be based in the US
