AI Data Project Manager

What you will do

• Own delivery projects covering data quality, timelines, unit economics, and stakeholder transparency.
• Lead virtual cross-functional teams of engineers, supply managers, and other specialists through project implementation.
• Coordinate client and internal communication, planning, status updates, summaries, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
• Drive team effectiveness and implement process improvements that increase organizational efficiency and adoption.
• Manage projects involving supervised fine-tuning data generation, LLM evaluation, and red-teaming for model safety.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing complex projects from discovery and decomposition through scope planning, implementation, and adoption.
• Client-facing experience and proven ability to manage teams or projects at scale.
• Good understanding of LLMs, their lifecycle, and data generation.
• Agile mindset with the ability to switch quickly between domains and subjects.
• Proven experience in the AI space.

Nice to have

• Background in consulting, technology, military, or competitive environments.
• Experience suggesting and implementing process changes.
• PhD in a technical field.
