Salary: $53,000–$90,400

What you will do

• Own and lead employer-level file integration projects, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
• Resolve and resubmit rejected records and files for incoming and existing data sets.
• Manage the internal ticketing queue to ensure all issues are resolved within established SLAs.
• Identify operational waste and automation opportunities to improve team efficiency.
• Monitor file quality trends and assist in developing best practices and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in data file management, benefits administration, or related operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with file transfer processes like sFTP and handling large data sets.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and process-focused mindset with effective deadline management.
• Proven experience collaborating with clients, third-party administrators, or vendors.

Nice to have

• Background in health insurance or consumer-directed products (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs).
• Familiarity with Copilot.
• Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK).
