What you will do
- Own and lead employer-level file integration projects, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Resolve and resubmit rejected records and files for incoming and existing data sets.
- Manage the internal ticketing queue to ensure all issues are resolved within established SLAs.
- Identify operational waste and automation opportunities to improve team efficiency.
- Monitor file quality trends and assist in developing best practices and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1-3 years of experience in data file management, benefits administration, or related operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with file transfer processes like sFTP and handling large data sets.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and process-focused mindset with effective deadline management.
- Proven experience collaborating with clients, third-party administrators, or vendors.
Nice to have
- Background in health insurance or consumer-directed products (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs).
- Familiarity with Copilot.
- Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK).
