What you will do

• Manage and resolve ongoing vehicle maintenance and warranty cases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Monitor operational metrics and prepare weekly case summaries for leadership.
• Supervise rental vehicle issuance and recovery processes.
• Handle internal communications regarding critical or problematic vehicle cases.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Watford.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and numeric proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
