What you will do

• Support service, maintenance, and warranty tasks to help the Vehicle Operational team achieve targets.
• Build and manage relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers to optimize service delivery and reduce costs.
• Investigate and resolve problematic vehicle cases in coordination with Maintenance Controllers.
• Manage internal communications regarding ongoing and critical vehicle cases across the hirify.global business.
• Track operational metrics and prepare weekly case summaries for the Head of Vehicle Operations.
• Manage rental vehicles issued against cases and ensure they are reclaimed from manufacturers where possible.

Requirements

• Experience in building and managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and numeric proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work from the Watford office (Hybrid/Onsite).

Nice to have

• Experience supervising and reviewing problematic vehicle maintenance cases.
• Previous experience working with Salesforce.
