What you will do

• Lead customer workshops to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce platforms using a configuration-first approach.
• Own functional workstreams from requirements gathering to go-live support.
• Act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution proposals.
• Continuously improve delivery methodologies and reusable assets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hungary
• Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds and CRM transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including Flows, Security, and Reports.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data 360 and Agentforce solutioning.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
