What you will do

• Direct and lead deeply urgent, high-priority initiatives on behalf of GTM leadership.
• Manage and deploy a SWAT-style team (including the Head of Special Projects) to pilot experimental GTM motions, pricing models, and channel strategies.
• Produce rapid, rigorous quantitative analyses and executive-level presentation materials for Board and C-suite decisions.
• Drive complex cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Legal using influence and high EQ.
• Act as an internal consulting leader: identify friction points in the global revenue machine, architect process improvements, and transition to stable operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB preferred), corporate strategy, strategic finance, or BizOps leadership at a hyper-growth tech startup.
• Exceptional analytical rigor and structural thinking to break down ambiguous problems into measurable components.
• Extremely high EQ and political agility to lead cross-functional teams largely through influence.
• Player-coach mindset with comfort modeling strategy directly under tight timelines.
• High agency and strong comfort working in unstructured environments where processes are not yet defined.
