What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Launch Managers, ensuring high accountability and operational excellence.
• Own a portfolio of new launches, ensuring services meet partner expectations and internal KPIs on time.
• Serve as the senior operational counterpart to agency leadership, managing change and transparent reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operational, Commercial, Legal, Product, and Finance teams for high-quality execution.
• Provide strategic guidance on product roadmap priorities based on front-line observations from market launches.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience, ideally combining consulting and operational leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling teams, launching new business lines, or integrating service expansions.
• Must be based in New York City.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA is strongly preferred.
