Salary: $213,000/yr on average (guaranteed base + equity + benefits + productivity incentives)

What you will do

• Perform virtual examinations, diagnose conditions, and recommend treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring safety and timely documentation.
• Triage and manage pediatric and adult patients for acute care, chronic disease, and mental health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and request consultations when necessary.
• Educate and counsel patients on their health conditions and treatment options.
• Provide administrative support and cross-coverage for laboratory test reviews.

Requirements

• Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency.
• 3+ years of post-residency experience in a fast-paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual-boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one state; must reside in an IMLC state.
• Comfort providing care for all ages, from newborn to adult populations.
• Must maintain Medicare active status and be eligible for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC).

Nice to have

• Multistate licensure.
• Experience with Athena EMR.
• Experience supervising Nurse Practitioners.
• Background in telemedicine or video-based virtual care.
