What you will do

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for build infrastructure and release pipelines.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers focused on build and release automation.
• Implement complex workflow automation using Temporal to link requirements with production-ready outputs.
• Optimize build and packaging performance using tools like Bazel and BuildStream.
• Ensure secure software supply chain management for Debian-based distributions.
• Collaborate on the integration of custom hardware testing platforms and work tracking systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience.
• Strong background in Build/Release Engineering and embedded software systems.
• Experience with AWS environments and containerized delivery lifecycles.
• Deep understanding of build systems (Bazel) and workflow engines (Temporal).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
