What you will do

• Contribute to engineering and digital transformation programs across Engineering and R&D functions, especially in Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace & Defense environments
• Support delivery of model-based initiatives including Model-Based Engineering (MBE), Model-Based Enterprise, PLM, MBSE, digital twins, and digital thread solutions
• Execute engineering transformation projects for clients in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support business development with proposals, client presentations, and contract pursuits
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to optimize engineering performance and support intelligent decision-making; travel up to ~50% as required

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in digital engineering, software delivery, or technology consulting, owning and delivering workstreams
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Aerospace, Computer Science) or Information Systems (or related field)
• Experience in transformation programs within Engineering or R&D for Manufacturing, Automotive, or Aerospace & Defense
• Strong understanding of the value of MBE and PLM, including understanding of PLM processes
• Experience with model-based engineering, model-based enterprise, digital twins, and digital thread
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
