What you will do

• Own AI-focused workstreams from discovery through delivery.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and synthesize insights into structured findings.
• Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and frameworks against client objectives.
• Translate business challenges into AI opportunity areas and solution roadmaps.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and workshop materials.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and practice initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in consulting, product management, or analytics with a focus on AI/data initiatives.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear recommendations.
• Strong working knowledge of AI concepts, including LLMs, data pipelines, and model evaluation.
• Advanced capability in strategic storytelling and developing presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in analytical modeling and data interpretation using Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI product discovery and roadmap development.
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Experience with analytics and semantic tooling such as dbt or LookML.
• Proven ability to design and lead client workshops.
