What you will do

• Own the GTM offering and point of view for agentic supply chain transformation.
• Redesign end-to-end supply chain decision architecture using multi-agent workflows and autonomous systems.
• Establish and enforce governance standards for agentic deployments, including autonomy boundaries and audit trails.
• Manage strategic technology alliances with partners such as Microsoft, SAP, AWS, and Azure.
• Drive practice P&L, including revenue targets, pipeline ownership, and deal shaping.
• Build and scale a high-performing team with combined supply chain expertise and agentic engineering literacy.

Requirements

• 15+ years in supply chain transformation, including 10+ years in consulting or advisory with P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated experience scaling AI pilots to governed, autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows.
• Technical fluency in agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, RAG, and relevant protocols (MCP/A2A).
• Proven track record of business development ownership.
• Experience building or enforcing AI governance frameworks (e.g., risk tiering, compliance alignment).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Existing ownership of technology alliance relationships with major AI platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph and vector/graph databases.
• Published thought leadership or external speaking experience on agentic AI.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO/IEC 42001.
