What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Employer Implementation Analysts to drive operational excellence and best practices.
  • Guide complex employer onboarding, renewals, plan changes, funding, and configuration activities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to resolve obstacles and improve client outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex operational, configuration, and data file exchange issues.
  • Identify trends and implement scalable process enhancements to elevate the employer experience.
  • Create knowledge-sharing resources and mentor peers to foster a culture of accountability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in employer implementations, benefits administration, operations, or client service within healthcare or financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, funding, and operational workflows.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Maitland, FL or Milwaukee, WI.
