TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack): Building and scaling the Studio product for self-serve RCS agent provisioning with an accent on API design, system architecture, and full-stack feature delivery. Focus on designing public APIs, integrating AI-assisted development workflows, and owning core product domains end-to-end.

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship)

Salary: $140,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Design and deliver full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure.
• Lead projects end-to-end, owning delivery from kickoff through release.
• Design and maintain the public API and MCP server used by customers to build on Studio.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product teams to shape the technical direction and product roadmap.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development to increase shipping velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and building APIs and backend services.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be based in the greater Chicago area for a hybrid setup (2 days/week in office).
