Principal Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Defining and driving the strategy for the Asset Platform, the foundational data layer for Proactive Security, with an accent on asset intelligence, enrichment pipelines, and graph infrastructure. Focus on expanding asset coverage, deepening data models, and optimizing the API surface to support internal and external consumers.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in the USA (New York, NY) and visit the office twice a week.

Salary: $160,000 - $250,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Asset Platform in coordination with Proactive, Cloud, and Vulnerability Management teams.
• Lead platform investments to deepen data models and unlock new integrations across the Falcon ecosystem.
• Bridge the gap between the Asset Platform team and downstream product teams to ensure adoption and improvement.
• Translate enterprise customer pain points and market needs into durable platform investments.
• Define and track platform health metrics, API adoption, and data quality KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in Asset Management, Vulnerability Management, or Cloud Security.
• 8+ years of overall experience in Product Management or similar technical roles.
• Strong domain expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and asset discovery at scale.
• Deep understanding of CAASM concepts and cyber asset data models.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• BS degree in an applicable field; Master's preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph databases, data lakes, and modern security telemetry architectures.
• Background in data governance, data quality, or master data management.
• Familiarity with API product management and platform-as-a-product thinking in an enterprise SaaS context.
