Salary: $88,000–$149,500

What you will do
- Manage the inventory of investment and charitable giving materials on supply stores to ensure all assets are current and compliant.
- Analyze feedback from Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs) to identify and fill marketing gaps.
- Mobilize project resources and communicate goals and milestones to diverse stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing and CX teams to execute deliverables for product marketing and agent recruitment campaigns.
- Build and deliver communications for IARs, the investments team, and general membership.
- Generate detailed reports on platform performance and project progression.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the financial services or life insurance industry.
- Proven experience in executing direct mail, advertising, and content development projects.
- Must be based in the US with valid work authorization.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building reports.
