What you will do

• Manage the inventory of investment and charitable giving materials on supply stores to ensure all assets are current and compliant.
• Analyze feedback from Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs) to identify and fill marketing gaps.
• Mobilize project resources and communicate goals and milestones to diverse stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing and CX teams to execute deliverables for product marketing and agent recruitment campaigns.
• Build and deliver communications for IARs, the investments team, and general membership.
• Generate detailed reports on platform performance and project progression.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the financial services or life insurance industry.
• Proven experience in executing direct mail, advertising, and content development projects.
• Must be based in the US with valid work authorization.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building reports.
