Location: Hybrid (Alpharetta, GA). Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Lead the migration of Care Credit onto the ENGAGE loyalty platform and manage related projects.
  • Strategically develop the long-term evolution of the Care Credit value proposition.
  • Build and maintain loyalty governance frameworks for product portfolios.
  • Provide thought leadership on loyalty trends and rewards best practices.
  • Collaborate with research teams to implement customer experience and loyalty research plans.
  • Present strategic initiatives to executive leadership at hirify.global and for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of experience in business strategy, loyalty, or customer experience.
  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience in loyalty strategy, value proposition, or marketing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Marketing, IT, and Governance teams.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Health and Wellness industry.
  • Strong skills in building high-level presentations for executive leadership.
