Salary: $78,958 – $98,995 USD (based on hourly range)

What you will do
- Support the design and rollout of new generosity and reward initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of customer pain points across rewards and promotions using research and feedback.
- Identify and test reward mechanics to increase customer engagement and value.
- Collect and define work requirements while maintaining a continuous feedback loop with stakeholders.
- Monitor the competitive landscape for emerging loyalty mechanics and recommend response strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the sports wagering business to inform strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an innovation or transformation capacity (3+ years total experience).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Understanding of Customer Marketing platform metrics.
- Must be an avid sports and gaming fan with experience playing or competitive products.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sports or experience working within a heavily regulated industry.
- Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
