Salary: $78,958 – $98,995 USD (based on hourly range)

What you will do

• Support the design and rollout of new generosity and reward initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of customer pain points across rewards and promotions using research and feedback.
• Identify and test reward mechanics to increase customer engagement and value.
• Collect and define work requirements while maintaining a continuous feedback loop with stakeholders.
• Monitor the competitive landscape for emerging loyalty mechanics and recommend response strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of the sports wagering business to inform strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an innovation or transformation capacity (3+ years total experience).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Understanding of Customer Marketing platform metrics.
• Must be an avid sports and gaming fan with experience playing hirify.global or competitive products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sports or experience working within a heavily regulated industry.
• Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
