TL;DR

Marketing Specialist (Fintech): Manages and executes CRM campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth for the BOSS Money Transfer business in the USA market with an accent on lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Focus on personalized and high-performing customer experiences and participation in community events throughout the United States.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage CRM campaigns and calendar for the money transfer business, including JIRA creations, message creation in multiple languages, and testing.
  • Segment audiences based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to drive personalization.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for emails, in apps, and other CRM activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance to improve messaging, campaign types, and promotions.
  • Manage the community event calendar for BOSS Money and prepare all necessary materials and communications.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably marketing communications or CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Must have B2C experience.
  • Knowledge of Braze and experience with apps.
  • Fully bilingual in English / Spanish both written and oral.
