What you will do

• Deploy and activate network solutions and internet circuits for new and existing customers.
• Utilize Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, Extreme, and Ruckus technologies to optimize and secure customer environments.
• Analyze, document, and troubleshoot network-level incidents and unfamiliar network environments.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding equipment installation, service testing, and problem resolution.
• Drive project deployments to successful outcomes, including work during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Transition deployed services to the support team with all necessary technical documentation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Networking and Firewall administration.
• Proficiency with IPv4 protocols, VPN, TCP/IP, and Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, Cisco, Ruckus, or Extreme products.
• Experience using Visio for network documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based near a Thrive office to support a hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

• Fortinet NSE4 or higher certification.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as NAble or Solarwinds.
