Location: Remote (Philippines). Working hours: 07:00-16:00 CST. Working days: Thursday to Monday.

What you will do

• Support customer-specific service level agreements for top shippers.
• Forecast potential challenges in load operations and resolve them proactively.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure their Transportation Management Systems (TMS) are updated accurately.
• Conduct track and trace of shipments via phone, email, and SMS to meet service expectations.
• Communicate consistently with carrier partners and drivers to confirm load events.
• Report delays and operational issues to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Familiarity with U.S. geography.
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
