Digital Product Manager (eCommerce): Improving the performance of a wireless eCommerce experience by connecting analytics, customer behaviour, business outcomes, and platform capabilities with an accent on conversion, funnel performance, and customer journey optimization. Focus on leading discovery, solving root-cause problems, shaping product strategy, and aligning Agile delivery with measurable business results.
Location: Onsite in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Corporate employees are expected to work onsite, with up to 10% travel.

What you will do
- Monitor eCommerce KPIs, including conversion, funnel performance, customer behaviour, revenue impact, and operational indicators.
- Use analytics, customer feedback, and operational signals to identify trends, root causes, pain points, and product opportunities.
- Develop business stories, recommendations, business cases, product strategies, and measurable success criteria.
- Improve the online shopping journey by identifying friction and balancing customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with analytics, UX, engineering, technology, platform, delivery, and business stakeholders.
- Support backlog refinement, roadmap planning, prioritization, and outcome tracking.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, eCommerce, customer experience, or a related digital role.
- Experience with Agile delivery teams and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, or Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, root-cause analysis, and business recommendations.
- Understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, experimentation, and eCommerce performance drivers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, analytics, UX, technology, and operations.
- Ability to work onsite in Brampton, Ontario, Canada; a criminal background check is required, with credit and driver checks potentially required depending on the role.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience in telecommunications, retail, financial services, or high-volume digital commerce.
