• Direct F2P systems and live ops in collaboration with game design teams.

• Analyze industry trends, player behavior, and market opportunities to inform gameplay solutions.
• Integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI, to accelerate development.
• Craft compelling product narratives to align executive stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proven track record of leading successful F2P product development in the mobile space.
• Deep understanding of the midcore mobile games market and why games succeed.
• Experience working with licensed IP and navigating brand considerations.
• Strong quantitative fluency and ability to translate data into development priorities.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
