What you will do

• Translate raw product and business data into clear narratives, decks, and dashboards that drive action.
• Define and operationalize KPIs and metrics with Product, ensuring teams track outcomes and connect work to business results.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns and proactively surface insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to establish metrics frameworks, shared definitions, and consistent standards.
• Lead roadmap presentations that connect data-driven insights to strategic decisions and product direction.
• Use modern AI tooling and LLMs to automate repetitive administrative tasks and streamline multi-step workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, or a data-focused analytical role within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience working across Product, Finance, or Go-To-Market teams using data to drive strategy.
• Ability to use AI platforms to build automated processes and refine operational workflows to reduce manual overhead.
• Proficiency with dashboarding/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Dovetail, Pendo, Snowflake) and comfort writing SQL or pulling data independently.
• Strong ability to work with messy, incomplete, or ambiguous data and produce defensible conclusions.
• Skilled at translating between technical data teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
