What you will do

• Manage the full life-cycle capture process from pre-RFP strategy to contract award.
• Develop and execute market shaping, strategic positioning, and price-to-win strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to refine technical solutions for proposals.
• Build comprehensive account and capture plans for targeted government agencies.
• Participate in compliance checks, gap analyses, and proposal writing.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states listed in the location section.
• 6-9 years of business development experience in the GovCon IT industry.
• Deep understanding of US Federal Government procurement, NAICS, and FAR.
• Professional writing and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or Codex and modern IT practices like Agile or Cloud Adoption.

Nice to have

• Technical certifications in IT or Government contracting.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Background in state human services or social safety net programs.
