Salary: $200,000–$240,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own new-category initiatives from business and product vision through product definition and portfolio strategy.
• Connect Product Development, Advanced Concept Engineering, Consumer Insights, Finance, and external partners.
• Research markets and consumers, size categories, assess trends, and map competitive opportunities.
• Build financial models covering revenue, margin potential, risk, and go-to-market scenarios.
• Develop product concepts, evaluate desirability, viability, and feasibility, and move concepts onto the product roadmap.
• Build external partnerships and present business cases and go/no-go recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product development, new business creation, or a combined strategy and execution role.
• Strong business evaluation, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead ambiguous initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to guide engineering and design direction and balance business acumen with technical capability.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and present persuasively to executive leadership.
