What you will do

• Own end-to-end manufacturing program execution from early development through mass production launch.
• Lead manufacturing readiness across EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp milestones.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, build schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate build planning, factory readiness, and process validation with cross-functional teams.
• Drive ramp readiness by tracking yield, throughput, capacity, and operational handoff criteria.
• Communicate program status, risks, and recovery plans to engineering and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or hardware engineering.
• Proven experience owning a full hardware product development cycle from prototype to mass production.
• Experience working directly with overseas manufacturing partners in Asia.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% for supplier builds and production launches.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and PLM systems.
