What you will do

• Consult with clients to define technical requirements and architectural approaches for custom integrations.
• Develop high-quality, testable Java code for custom extensions and complex integrations.
• Diagnose complex performance and integration challenges, providing expert guidance and code-level solutions.
• Act as a strategic bridge between client business goals and technical execution.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and mentor team members.
• Provide Second Tier support for live clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Java software development.
• Deep understanding of Thread and JVM Memory Management in high-performance systems.
• Proven experience in client engagement and technical consulting.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).

Nice to have

• Experience with Zookeeper, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, Ansible, and Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
