Focus on designing scalable solutions, interacting cross-functionally across engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with hirify.global partners.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Salary: $138,700 - $203,900 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Build and maintain multiple compliance program workflows, carrier/ecosystem integrations, and customer interactions in the Compliance domain.
• Design and develop scalable solutions across a variety of compliance program types, including frontend UI experiences and backend APIs.
• Build towards achieving the next generation of architecture vision that empowers expansion of Compliance programs.
• Interact cross-functionally across engineering teams within hirify.global to align and build the product and architecture vision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience and a strong fundamental knowledge of software development using JVM languages.
• Experience building web services incorporating best practices for external systems integration.
• Experience working with highly scalable APIs, high volume data pipelines, and large distributed systems.
• Maintaining and operating cloud services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to seeking diverse viewpoints and acting with intention to create an inclusive team environment.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of Engineering experience, developing and maintaining high traffic services.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB, SQS, and data integration services like AWS glue.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt optimizations to improve model accuracy, setting up evaluation pipelines.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Temporal or similar workflow orchestration.
• Experience working with frontend libraries like React or similar.
