What you will do

• Execute strategic guidelines for operational procurement activities.
• Conduct tenders, bid comparisons, and operational negotiations.
• Collaborate with project teams and internal departments to clarify requirements and specifications.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of purchase orders, call-offs, and framework agreements.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and track supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement master data and ensure strict adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements

• Commercial or technical education, ideally with additional training in procurement.
• Initial experience in operational or strategic procurement.
• Basic knowledge of contract management, TCO analysis, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or comparable software.
• Strong communication skills and a structured approach to tendering processes.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in Portugal.
