Procurement Contract Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Draft new standard procurement contracts incorporating economic, commercial, technological, legal, and risk-management requirements.
• Review, optimize, and further develop existing procurement contract templates and documents.
• Prepare and conduct contract negotiations with procurement commodity buyers.
• Draft and negotiate complex amendments, settlement agreements, and other contractual documents throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Analyze contracts during administration and support the resolution of supplier disagreements or potential disputes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual implications, including confidentiality and intellectual property matters, and develop procurement contract training.

Requirements

• Five-year degree or higher in Business, Legal studies, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in procurement and in establishing and negotiating contracts is desirable.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English sufficient for full participation in negotiations.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel domestically and internationally, sometimes at short notice.

• Fluency in French, German, or Spanish.
