What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable frameworks for autonomous AI agents.
• Define technical roadmap for agent management including discovery, provisioning, orchestration, and retirement.
• Build infrastructure for multi-agent collaboration, memory management, and extensibility.
• Ensure agents have visibility, accountability, guardrails, and integration with business operations.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to deploy agentic capabilities in production.
• Drive adoption of AI agents across enterprise through SDKs, APIs, and safe execution tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related
• 8+ years in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of autonomous agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and AI orchestration
• Experience with agent skills, memory, planning loops, self-reflection, execution chains
• Proficiency in cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, access control, identity management
• Software development in Python, Go, or Java; backend services, APIs, CI/CD, observability

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RL, cognitive architectures
• Experience with vector DBs, graph-based memory, knowledge graphs
• Familiarity with zero-trust architectures, AI governance, secure multi-tenancy
• Contributions to open-source agent frameworks or LLM tooling
• Background in identity security, compliance, enterprise SaaS
