Resident Liaison Officer

Location: Swindon and surrounding areas, United Kingdom; regular visits to residents' homes required

Salary: Up to £30,000 gross per annum, plus a car allowance

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact between residents and project teams.
• Communicate with residents to organise property visits and access arrangements.
• Visit residents' homes to conduct property surveys and identify required refurbishment works.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure work is completed according to agreed timelines.
• Handle complaints and help minimise disruption throughout refurbishment projects.
• Maintain project trackers in line with the programme of works.

Requirements

• Driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Customer-focused approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
• Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
• Reliable, punctual, organised, and able to prioritise and multitask.
• Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.

Nice to have

• Health and Safety Awareness qualification.
• First Aid qualification.
