Focus on prioritizing high-volume service workflows, resolving customer and supplier queries, and maintaining accurate repair status records during a 4-days-on, 4-days-off shift pattern.
Location: On-site at the Bolton office, United Kingdom (BL6 4SA). Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.

What you will do
- Answer inbound Customer Service Centre calls within KPI requirements and provide timely updates to customers.
- Prioritize workflows to meet productivity, quality, KPI, and SLA targets.
- Coordinate suppliers, internal stakeholders, warranty items, vehicle placements, breakdown movements, and replacement vehicles.
- Follow up with suppliers on job completion and keep vehicle-off-road work within KPI targets.
- Record job statuses and customer communications accurately in the system.
- Support the management team with service centre tasks and make timely frontline decisions while maintaining cost controls.
Requirements
- Experience providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy; working knowledge of Kerridge or R2C is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to proactively provide solutions and resolve internal and external customer queries.
