Salary: $173K – $230K

What you will do

• Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and capital raises to accelerate growth.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for corporate transactions and financing activities.
• Conduct strategic evaluations and communicate findings through business case memos and executive presentations.
• Track industry trends and competitive dynamics in the AI and cloud infrastructure ecosystem.
• Develop investment theses and financing strategies to support capital allocation and long-term growth.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with financial sponsors, lenders, and investors.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital.
• Experience focusing on AI, cloud infrastructure, debt capital markets, or restructuring.
• Strong proficiency in building company models, merger models, or project finance/debt financing.
• Ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and present to executives.
• Deep interest in machine learning and GPU computing space.
