Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize investments for hardware and aviation products.
• Drive end-to-end product development by partnering with engineering teams across hardware, embedded, and cloud systems.
• Translate customer feedback, market trends, and FAA/FCC regulations into actionable product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Test Pilots, Operations, Legal, and GTM to deliver solutions.
• Build technical fluency in platform architecture to make informed product decisions and communicate priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Atlanta, GA
• Proven product management experience in complex technical environments involving hardware and software.
• Demonstrated success partnering with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and roadmap execution.
• Ability to navigate domain-specific regulatory constraints and shape product direction accordingly.
• Strong market judgment and ability to connect user needs to product strategy.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CJIS certification, including a fingerprint-based background check.

Nice to have

• Experience with aviation, autonomous systems, robotics, or drones.
• Experience working in highly regulated product spaces.
