What you will do
- Lead end-to-end governance for large-scale, multi-year Intelligent Operations transformation programs.
- Manage program interdependencies, risks, and executive stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams.
- Direct blended delivery teams of architects, developers, and process owners to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Translate business capability gaps into prioritized investment roadmaps and measurable transformation outcomes.
- Partner with C-suite leaders to align platform capabilities with enterprise priorities and long-term sustainability.
- Identify and shape follow-on business opportunities within existing accounts through trusted advisory and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise IT or large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and at least three core product lines.
- Proven experience in program forecasting, business case development, and value realization tracking.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise operating models spanning observability, service management, and automation.
