TL;DR

Client Delivery Manager (Managed Services): Building strategic relationships and driving measurable success outcomes for clients with an accent on contract P&L management and ITIL/ITSM expertise. Focus on optimizing product adoption, resolving complex customer problems, and expanding account revenue.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (must be able to travel to client sites), based in Tampa, FL

What you will do

  • Build strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to identify pain points and ensure value realization.
  • Solve complex customer problems by partnering with internal resources to meet expectations.
  • Manage contract P&L to deliver on expectations and identify growth opportunities for revenue expansion.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, training, enablement, and the resolution of escalations.
  • Drive customer advocacy and optimize the utilization of existing products and services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital experience as a Client Delivery Manager.
  • Strong expertise in ITIL/ITSM and general business acumen, including P&L management.
  • Proficiency in CRM, business operations, change management, and process improvement.
  • Experience in project management including scoping, planning, and milestone tracking.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and CustomerGauge.
  • Must be located in or around Tampa, FL for hybrid/travel requirements.

Nice to have

  • Managed Services experience.
  • Agile methodology and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
