What you will do
- Lead teams of experts to deliver high-quality and reliable IT services aligned with customer business needs.
- Provide technical and managerial support for field engineers, technicians, and subject matter experts.
- Manage and troubleshoot incidents, problems, changes, and escalations to ensure seamless service operations.
- Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to design and maintain future-proof systems.
- Foster strong customer relationships to propose and implement tailored technological solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and ensuring service quality.
- Proven expertise in incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis.
- Hands-on knowledge of AIOps and an innovation-oriented mindset regarding automation.
- Ability to partner effectively with SREs and Delivery Partners to drive positive outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for direct and constant interaction with customers.
- Must be based in Lima, Peru
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma certifications.
