What you will do

• Develop positioning and control algorithms using Simulink models and C++ for real-time hardware.
• Perform simulations to validate model development and system performance.
• Create and maintain automated software tests to ensure system reliability.
• Write and archive design documentation, source code, and technical work products.
• Communicate analysis results and designs to stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Contribute to the maintenance and design of new products and processes.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must be able to work onsite in Mossville, IL, five days a week.
• Proficiency in C++ and Simulink for embedded control systems.
• Experience with real-time operating systems and control algorithm development.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Experience with Kalman Filters.
• Experience with sensing technologies such as IMUs, GNSS receivers, or UTS systems.
