TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office), must be based in Poland or Ukraine

What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and scale app UA campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation.
  • Drive incremental growth through performance strategy and rapid experimentation.
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and social teams to enhance acquisition.
  • Analyze performance data to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing Meta Ads campaigns at scale.
  • Proven track record of optimizing ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Proficiency with MMP tools and app attribution.
  • English: Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Ads and video networks.
  • Experience in web2app user acquisition.
  • Background in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, scripts, GDPR, or CCPA.
