What you will do
- Design and build scalable, multi-touch customer journeys to drive business outcomes.
- Serve as a Braze subject matter expert, managing campaigns, canvases, and content cards.
- Create advanced personalization using Liquid logic and behavioral triggers.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to journey logic, data flow, and audience qualification.
- Design A/B tests and analyze performance data to improve targeting and content effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, and Engineering to align CRM strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Braze.
- Advanced proficiency in Liquid personalization.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Must be based in the UK.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SMS and WhatsApp marketing.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with APIs, CDPs, or data warehouses.
- Familiarity with applying AI tools to CRM workflows.
