What you will do
- Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and presentations to improve retirement outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct virtual and on-site group meetings using various technologies.
- Manage meeting schedules and travel bookings.
- Create and execute business plans to drive positive retirement income objectives.
- Document interactions in Salesforce and adhere to regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 – 5 years relevant financial services experience.
- Spanish bilingual skills required.
- Strong presentation, relationship building, and territory management skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams required.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations required; current registrations strongly preferred.

- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of building blocks for successful retirement planning.
