Location: Must be a U.S. citizen. Position is Hybrid/Flex or Remote with a minimum of travel to Pittsfield, MA once every 3 weeks.

Salary: $106,477–$115,212/Yr.

What you will do

• Perform requirements analysis, definition, and management for D5LE2 subsystems.
• Utilize MBSE and digital engineering tools to maintain system architectures and models.
• Conduct technical analyses to identify and resolve system design weaknesses.
• Develop and allocate system requirements to lower-level components.
• Research vendor products and COTS components to determine design feasibility.
• Evaluate systems to ensure compliance with governmental security specifications.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of work.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience, or Master's degree plus 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in system modeling tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or DOORS.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and the system development life cycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
