Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; office or hybrid environment
Estimated starting salary: $118,360.24–$162,745.34 per year, plus annual performance-based incentive pay.

What you will do
- Design and maintain compliance dashboards, reports, metrics, and automated reporting tools.
- Present trade compliance performance indicators and translate regulatory and operational data into clear visual reports.
- Integrate trade compliance tools with ERP, logistics, and business platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and business operations teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements.
- Document integration workflows, data flows, technical specifications, and auditability requirements.
- Plan and manage compliance projects, coordinating legal, logistics, engineering, security, and IT stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, data analytics, information systems, international trade, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
- At least 5 years of experience in international trade compliance, data analytics, or a related field; 9 years are required without a degree.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 capabilities, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot.
- Experience supporting or leading system integration projects, technology implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace and defense.
- Knowledge of trade compliance platforms such as OCR EASE, DECCS, SNAP-R, and ACE.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, or similar ERP systems and their integration with compliance workflows.
- Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, Foreign Trade Regulations, and FCPA.
- Python or R scripting, AI use cases, agentic workflows, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
