What you will do

• Lead the design, optimization, and scaling of manufacturing processes from concept to full-scale production.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and statistical tools like Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC to enhance yield and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot complex process-related issues and drive root cause analysis for non-conformances.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to implement new manufacturing processes and product transitions.
• Oversee technology transfer and process validation activities to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of process engineering principles such as thermodynamics, material science, and fluid dynamics.
• Proven expertise in process optimization methodologies including Six Sigma, DOE, FMEA, and SPC.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including GMP, FDA, and ISO.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
