What you will do
- Lead the design, optimization, and scaling of manufacturing processes from concept to full-scale production.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and statistical tools like Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC to enhance yield and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot complex process-related issues and drive root cause analysis for non-conformances.
- Manage cross-functional project teams to implement new manufacturing processes and product transitions.
- Oversee technology transfer and process validation activities to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of process engineering principles such as thermodynamics, material science, and fluid dynamics.
- Proven expertise in process optimization methodologies including Six Sigma, DOE, FMEA, and SPC.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including GMP, FDA, and ISO.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
