What you will do

  • Lead statewide data strategy, performance monitoring, and systems coordination for Rural Health Transformation Programs.
  • Develop and oversee dashboards, reporting frameworks, and provider performance tracking methodologies.
  • Design and implement structured data collection frameworks aligned with state and federal program requirements.
  • Manage data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of all reporting deliverables.
  • Provide technical assistance and training on data systems to non-technical audiences in rural and community settings.
  • Serve as the primary client interface for state agencies, Medicaid authorities, and public-sector health funders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in health informatics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, or healthcare analytics.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics, performance reporting, or public-sector data management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting CMS, Medicaid, HRSA, or federally funded healthcare reporting initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAS, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and overseeing quality control of deliverables.
  • Strong expertise in rural health operations, sustainability planning, and workforce stabilization.
