What you will do

• Steward the evidence strategy for the Digital Holistic Student Supports portfolio to ensure alignment with scaling goals.
• Lead a portfolio of grants and contracts, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of evidence-building activities.
• Monitor AI system performance, reliability, and real-world adoption within complex educational environments.
• Design and oversee external evaluations, including RCTs and quasi-experimental studies, to measure learner outcomes.
• Translate complex evidence into clear, decision-relevant insights for leadership and investment strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance AI-enabled evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Advanced degree in education, evaluation, or a related field.
• Significant experience designing and leading rigorous evaluations, including experimental and mixed-methods approaches.
• Deep expertise in postsecondary systems, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating human-AI interaction and system performance in real-world environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder portfolios and adapt priorities in ambiguous settings.
